A full-body Pilates session combining Reformer, Tower and Combo Chair, accompanied by a live DJ set. Expect a dynamic class designed to build strength, control, mobility and balance, as the music sets the pace.

After the class, stay for juices and refreshments by No Bueno and Sana Juice. All levels welcome.
